Terms & Ordering Policy

Ordering & lead time

Custom orders must be placed at least two weeks in advance. Early booking is highly recommended, as availability is not guaranteed. Orders are accepted based on our schedule. Invoices must be paid within 48 hours or will be automatically canceled.

Deposits & payment

A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your event date. Final payment is due two weeks before your event. Date changes may be accommodated based on availability and must be approved in advance.

Changes

All changes — including size, flavor or design — must be made no later than 14 days before your scheduled event. Changes after this period are not guaranteed and may incur additional fees.

Cake specials

You don't need an exact date when purchasing a cake special, and you may buy multiple specials for future occasions. A deposit is required at purchase, with the balance due two weeks before your scheduled pickup.

Allergens

Our treats may contain or come into contact with milk, wheat, eggs, soy, nuts and other allergens. By ordering, you agree to inform your guests of these risks and release LoLo's Treats from any liability related to allergic reactions.

Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item, and we will work with you to find a fair solution. We do not offer refunds for custom design preferences not communicated clearly, or for last-minute cancellations. All order details — including flavors, colors, spelling and pickup times — must be confirmed by the customer prior to finalizing the order.
